Charlie was always a breath of fresh air, as is this daylily.This daylily is being named in his honor. He left us all too soon. A colorful Bi-tone with purple petals with sepals that have a slight lavender blush.The petals have a lighter edge with a darker eye and green throat. It blooms late with a high bud count and reblooms. Charlies wife stated,"The flower is as flamboyant as Charlie!"
